Just found this article about Elisha being on the cover of the April issue of Women's Health:

Interesting comments about Sean Avery.

Oh yeah, that's interesting, it's definitely a beauty blowout alright:

Quote:
In December 2008, former Dallas Stars’ hockey player Sean Avery referred to Elisha Cuthbert as “sloppy seconds.”

That comment got him dropped by the Stars and suspended by the NHL for “inappropriate public comments.”

“I think the way the NHL handled it was impressive and I was thankful,” says Cuthbert in the April issue of Women’s Health.

“He was just another person who was in my life under false pretenses. He wanted the attention of dating an actress.”
I agree with her. However, I know I wouldn't want to say this, but, if I remember correctly, she was the one who made the first step in that relationship - as a public figure you really can't be seen with a person showing off "the finger" and you just can't turn douches into ultra-nice&cool people over night. But then again it's a good thing she dumped him in the end. Life is full of experiences, good and bad, and we learn from them.

She may have made the first step, I don't remember, but she wasn't commenting on the first step. She's talking about his motivations for staying in her life.

Exactly - and that's why people like him would ever want to be with someone like her - people like that never change. It's his reputation (even before they were together) I'm referring to - she knew he's was kinda' "a bad boy" and probably hoped to change him.
